Accommodation in Zakopane: there are plenty of lovely pensions, cottages, huts and villas as well as comfortable hotels. For the families we do recommend the cottages, villas and family run lodges; for groups of friends - apartments and pensions. Incentive groups should choose one of the hotels situated in the centre of Zakopane. After we get a request from you we will send you an offer with recommended and available accommodation.

Winter activities in Zakopane: the main activity during winter holidays is usually skiing. We can arrange for your group ski rental /if necessary the equipment could be delivered to your hotel/, ski or snowboard instructor, local transfers to different slopes which give you a chance to explore the area of Zakopane and surroundings during your stay. In the afternoons we recommend traditional horse sledge rides finished with the dinner at the bonfire or fascinated snowmobile expedition. Evening skiing can be arrange as well...

Summer activities in Zakopane: the town offers many various attractions. In the summer, apart from mountain hiking, the most popular are quad biking, mountain bike trips, pontoon rafting, horse riding and one-day coach trips to many delightful places.

Eating out: you will probably like to have your dinners in the restaurants. Polish food is tasty, maybe a little fat but we are sure that you will like it. And the prices are reasonable. We will recommend you different restaurants and book tables for you if you decide to come to Zakopane during high season.

Getting to Zakopane: the closest airport is Krakow Balice and it would be great if you are able to book the flight to Krakow. If not - check the Katowice Pyrzowice airport www and Poprad Slovakia. After we get your flight details we can send a minibus /up to 18 seats/ or a bus to pick you up from the airport. Our driver will wait for you at the arrivals with your name on the label. It takes aprox. 2,5 hours to drive to Zakopane from Krakow Balice, little bit less from Poprad and 3.5 hrs from Katowice.

Answering your e-mail we will send you a message with the total costs and after you accept the price you will receive the voucher with your transfer booking confirmation. On the voucher you will find all necessary details as well as our telephone numbers which let you be in touch with our office 24hours.
Our driver will wait for you at the arrivalls with your name on the label.
Notice please that your transfer booking is confirmed only after you receive the voucher with the confirmation.

On the last day our bus or minibus will pick you up from your cottage or hotel to drive you back to the airport. You can also think about staying for the last night /or nights/ in famous, historic town of Krakow. We can book nice apartments or hotel near the Old Town if you wish. For those who has an evening flight but decided to go to the airport directly from Zakopane we have an offer of visiting the Salt Mine in Wieliczka or museum in Aushwitz on the way back to the airport.
